Het Rustpunt

Staying in a 17th century monastery

Guest room

An oasis of peace and greenery in the heart of Ghent, that is Stilteplek Het Rustpunt.

This seventeenth-century Carmelite monastery is a place where you can contemplate, but also welcome to stay.

You sleep under the church tower in recently renovated but soberly furnished rooms without a television, with a modern private bathroom. You can relax in the beautiful monastery garden with pond and rich flora. In and around the monastery you respect the peace and serenity of the fathers who live there.

The Rustpunt's central location makes it the ideal starting point if you want to visit historic Ghent.

You can park your car for free in the garden of the monastery or in the parking lot in front of the church.
